Hi! My name is Sahoko Yui. I am a User Experience Researcher and Designer working at the intersection of customer/user needs and social safety systems. I use qualitative methods to understand the challenges with digital safety net systems and how to improve them.
I currently work at Code for America in San Francisco California. I am part of the Safety Net Enrollment Team.
